Documents in MaxxClerk are secure from prying eyes as access to the system is secured via user password. With the click of a button, administrators can assign to each user or group of users, a range of different roles, from "View Only" to full document markup. If there is ever a question about edits or changes, each document stores the complete history of activities preformed on it and which user performed the action.
